INTERCONTINENTAL SANCTUARY COVE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY – ASH & RAY
Tell me how you first met? We first met in a gym, which Ray was working at as a personal trainer and Ash was training at.
When did you know he/she was the one? Was there something he/she did ?. etc. Ray: When she told me she didn’t want me to just come over, I had to take her on a date first.
Ash: When he went away to NZ, a week or so into our relationship. I missed him as I’d never felt before. When he got back he moved in and here we are now.
About the proposal. Did you see it coming, how long was it in the planning? , how did you feel? nervous, excited, freaking out? Ray had been planning the proposal for a year and a half.
The proposal happened in Kaksluattanen, Finland where we stayed in a glass igloo. The surprise month-long trip was planned around finishing with the grand finale of proposing underneath the northern lights. It went to plan.
One thing you love most about each other Ray: I love that she is 100% devoted to me and she always thinks of me.
Ash: How driven he is, and how much he loves me and protects me.
Besides getting married — what was the one thing you are looking forward to on your wedding day? Celebrating our love with all of our families. A lot of Ray’s family will be coming over from NZ. For most of our families, it will be the first time meeting.
What inspired your decor or themes? Simple, elegant, us.
