Hannah & Mitch

Tell me how you first met? Who what when where why ? We met in 2012 through Hannah’s friend Melissa, and Mitch’s friend Zanny, who is Melissa older brother. We were at Stockies for a State of Origin game. When I (Hannah) saw Mitch, I said to my friends “I bags him”.  On the Saturday night of that week, we coincidentally bumped into each other while out and bonded over our love for tequila and tearing up the dance floor! 

When did you know he/she was the one? Was there something he/she did ?. etc. There wasn’t an instant moment but rather a combination of different experiences, the fun we have together, and also our similar morals and aspirations. It was probably also when we started discussing our futures together and it was very clear that we both pictured ours with each other – talking about our future excites us and we cannot wait to see what it holds! We consider each other to be our best friend – we always love and support each other.

About the proposal. Did you see it coming, how long was it in the planning? , how did you feel? nervous, excited, freaking out ? Mitch proposed in Venice while we were traveling around Europe in May 2016. It was a complete surprise for Hannah! Mitch had been planning for 6 months and was nervous and excited!
